The RSK agreed on a request for advice on seismic margin assessment (SMA) to be dealt with by the the RSK Committee on PLANT AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING (AST).

The RSK Committee on REACTOR OPERATION (RB) informed the RSK about its proposals for the revision of the AtSMV (Atomrechtliche Sicherheitsbeauftragten- und Meldeverordnung – Nuclear Safety Officer and Reporting Ordinance) and the explanatory notes on the AtSMV.

Der RSK-Ausschuss REAKTORBETRIEB (RB) informierte die RSK über seine Vorschläge zur Überarbeitung der AtSMV bzw. der Erläuterungen zur AtSMV (AtSMV= Atomrechtliche Sicherheitsbeauftragten- und Meldeverordnung).

In der Sitzung wurde der Stand der RSK-Beteiligung an der Beratung verschiedener KTA-Regeln vorgestellt. Der RSK wurde zu aktuellen Beratungen in ihren Ausschüssen berichtet. Die Beratung der Stellungnahme "Anforderungen an die statistische Nachweisführung bei Kühlmittelverluststörfall-Analysen" wurde fortgesetzt.

At the meeting, the status of RSK participation in the consultations on various KTA safety standards was presented. Report was given to the RSK on current consultations within its committees. The consultations on the statement on requirements for LOCA analyses using statistical methods (Anforderungen an die statistische Nachweisführung bei Kühlmittelverluststörfall-Analysen) were continued.

Die RSK verabschiedete die Stellungnahme "Der RSK-Leitfaden für die Durchführung von ganzheitlichen Ereignisanalysen im Vergleich zum VGB-Leitfaden Ganzheitliche Ereignisanalyse". Die Beratung der Stellungnahme "Ein- oder zweiphasiger Ausfall des Haupt-, Reserve- oder Notstromnetzanschlusses" wurde begonnen, sie soll in der nächsten Sitzung abgeschlossen werden.

The RSK adopted the statement on "The RSK guideline for the implementation of integrated event analyses in comparison with the VGB guideline on the integrated event analysis" (in German). The consultations on the statement on one-or two-phase failure of the main, back-up or emergency power supply connection have been started and are scheduled to be concluded at the next meeting.

Die RSK beriet über generische Erkenntnisse aus Vorkommnissen im Kernkraftwerk Philippsburg sowie Maßnahmen gegen einen Know-How- und Motivationsverlust in den Anlagen. Die SSK informierte die RSK über einen Entwurf zur Prognose und Abschätzung von Quelltermen bei einer möglichen oder bereits eingetretenen Freisetzung in die Atmosphäre bei Kernkraftwerksunfällen.

The RSK consulted on generic knowledge from occurrences at the Philippsburg nuclear power plant and measures against a loss of know how and motivation in the plants. The Commission on Radiological Protection (SSK) informed the RSK about a draft on the prediction and assessment of source terms with regard to a potential or actual release into the atmosphere during nuclear power plant accidents.

In der Sitzung wurden die neu berufenen RSK-Mitglieder begrüßt. Die RSK schlug dem BMUB Herrn Rudolf Wieland als Vorsitzenden und Herrn Richard Donderer als stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden vor. Die RSK wurde vom BMUB zur Überarbeitung der WENRA „Safety Reference Levels for existing reactors” und von der GRS über den aktuellen Sachstand zu den Unfällen im Kernkraftwerk Fukushima Daiichi informiert.
