Die RSK beriet die Weiterleitungsnachricht 2020/03 „Schäden an Kranlaufrädern in den Kernkraftwerken Biblis-B und Unterweser".

Die Beratung der "Stellungnahme zu Anforderungen ab die Kühlung der Brennelemente im Lagerbecken im Restbetrieb" wurde fortgesetzt.

Die RSK wurde über die Beratung des ME 20/002 (F) „Überschreitung des Jahresgenehmigungswertes für die Ableitung des Nuklids C-14“ im Forschungsreaktor FRM-II vom 14.05.2020 im Ausschuss Reaktorbetrieb und den Sachstand in der AG Simulierstifte informiert.

Die "Stellungnahme zu Anforderungen an die Kühlung der Brennelemente im Lagerbecken im Restbetrieb" wurde beraten und verabschiedet.

Die RSK wurde u.a. zum Fortgang der Beratungen des ME 20/002 (F) „Überschreitung des Jahresgenehmigungswertes für die Ableitung des Nuklids C-14“ im Forschungsreaktor FRM-II vom 14.05.2020 und der Beratung des ME 18/058 „Lineare Anzeigen bei Wirbelstromprüfung von Dampferzeugerheizrohren“ in der Anlage GKN-II (09.09.2018) im Ausschuss Reaktorbetrieb informiert.

Zum Vorsitzenden der RSK wurde Herr Rudolf Wieland, zum stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden Herr Richard Donderer gewählt.

Die RSK wurde über das Auftreten einer hohen Aktivität in der Frischdampfleitung in der finnischen SWR-Anlage Olkiluoto 2 am 10.12.2020 informiert. Der Entwurf einer ab 2023 gültigen Satzung wurde vorgestellt.

The RSK was informed about the following topics, among others:

core loadings and inspections in the facilities still in operation,
grid stability and retroactive effects on the nuclear power plants,
eddy current findings on FA control elements,
steam generator tube findings in GKN-II, and
power excursions during control rod tests prior to the restart of the South Korean plant Hanbit-1.

The RSK discussed information notice 2020/03 "Damage to crane wheels at the Biblis-B and Unterweser nuclear power plants".

The consultation on the statement on requirements for the cooling of the fuel assemblies in the spent fuel pool during residual operation (Stellungnahme zu Anforderungen ab die Kühlung der Brennelemente im Lagerbecken im Restbetrieb) was continued.

The RSK was informed about the consultation on reportable event ME 20/002 (F) "Annual licenced value for the discharge of the nuclide C-14 exceeded" at the FRM-II research reactor of 14 May 2020 in the Committee on REACTOR OPERATION (RB) and about the state of affairs in the working group on simulation pins.

The statement on requirements for the cooling of the fuel assemblies in the spent fuel pool during residual operation (Stellungnahme zu Anforderungen ab die Kühlung der Brennelemente im Lagerbecken im Restbetrieb) was discussed and adopted.

The RSK was informed, among other things, about the progress of the consultations on reportable event ME 20/002 (F) "Annual licenced value for the discharge of the nuclide C-14 exceeded" at the FRM-II research reactor of 14 May 2020 and the consultations on reportable event ME 18/058 "Linear indications during eddy current testing of steam generator tubes" at the GKN-II nuclear power plant (9 September 2018) in the Committee on REACTOR OPERATION (RB).

Mr Rudolf Wieland was appointed as Chairman of the RSK, Mr Richard Donderer as Vice Chairman.

The RSK was informed about the occurrence of high activity in the main steam line at the Finnish BWR plant Olkiluoto 2 on 10 December 2020. The draft of statutes valid from 2023 was presented.

Die RSK wurde über den jeweiligen Beratungsstand in den Arbeitsgruppen Flugzeugabsturz, Ferninspektion, Stilllegungsgenehmigung und Hüllrohrkorrosion informiert. Vom RSK-Ausschuss Druckführende Komponenten und Werkstoffe (DKW) wurde über Forschungsergebnisse mit Bezug zu DE-Heizrohren berichtet. Der FORATOM „European Guideline on the Use of High-Quality Industrial Grade Items in Nuclear Installations" wurde im Hinblick auf eine notwendige Beratung in der RSK diskutiert.
